Inside/Outside Sales Account Executive

DUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES PREFERRED

  • Minimum of 5 years of applicable sales experience with a proven track record of winning major deals and achieving both revenue and margin targets.

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field (software sales, business to business sales, government sales) or equivalent experience.

  • Successful track record of seeking new business opportunities and converting these into sales revenue for an organization.

  • Experience of recruiting and managing third party (agents/consultants/partners etc.) relationships.

  • Familiarity of dealing with Governments and B2G environment a distinct advantage.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Commercial acumen and good numeracy skills

  • Ability to create solutions for the customer to be able to develop a relationship

Field Service Technician

Provide customer with on-site and remote support and installation of Avaya Products including Communication Manager. Possible installation and support of Avaya IP Office, System Manager, Session Manager, Contact Center, and Avaya One-X line of products. Knowledge of Avaya Partner, Nortel BCM, and Nortel CS1000 a plus. Certifications Avaya IP Office: ACIS, ACSS Avaya Aura: ACIS, ACSS in CM, CMM, Session Manager, System Manager, Contact Center.

General knowledge of telephony is a must

  • Diagnose and trouble shoot T-1 circuits, ISDN/PRI, and POTS lines.

  • Troubleshoot and install IP H.323/SIP telephony issues.

  • Install and test CAT5, CAT5e, and CAT6 cables.

  • Install network racks, patch panels, wall jacks, and other cable related items.

Enterprise PBX Knowledge

Provides customer with on-site and remote support and installation of Avaya Communication Manager Software running on S87xx, S8500, S8300 Media Controllers. G650, G600, G350, G700, G430, and G450 Media Gateways. Possible installation and support of Avaya System Manager, Session Manager, Contact Center, and Avaya One-X line of products.

Small Business PBX Knowledge

Provides customer with on-site and remote support and installation of Avaya IP Office IP406. IP412, IP500, IP500v2, and server edition phone systems. Possible installation and support of Avaya IPO advanced applications such as Voicemail Pro, One-X Portal, One-X Mobile, Contact Store, and (CCR) Customer Call Reporter. Knowledge of Avaya Partner, Nortel BCM, and Nortel CS1000 a plus.

Certifications (Not required, but preferred)

  • Avaya IP Office: ACIS, ACSS

  • Avaya Aura: ACIS, ACSS in CM, CMM, Session Manager, System Manager, Contact Center.

  • Education Experience and certifications as outlined above are most important. Bachelor’s degree in similar field is a plus.
